Refund Policy
At Massage Therapy By Grace, we understand that life happens. While we don’t take deposits in advance, we kindly ask that you give us notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charges apply. You can reschedule at no cost.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: We may request a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session price to cover lost time.​

Missed Appointments ("No-Shows")
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we reserve the right to request payment in full for the missed session before accepting any future bookings or we will retain 100% of the session price.

Therapist Cancellations
In the rare case that Massage Therapy By Grace needs to cancel your session (e.g. due to illness or emergency), we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. No fees will ever apply in this case.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, we may still need to finish at the scheduled time. You will be charged the full price for the session.
