Perfect for targeted, problem-specific work. This session focuses on one area only—great if you have a recurring issue such as tight hamstrings, sore shoulders, or a knotted up traps. It’s designed to go straight to the source and help relieve tension efficiently. We would always recommend a more in depth session but if you're short for time, this is a great option.
Soft Tissue Massage
A gentler, more relaxing option. This treatment uses light to moderate pressure with minimal deep tissue work, making it ideal if you want to unwind, de-stress, and enjoy a calming massage experience.
